Please note that bank transfers may incur additional fees, which are the responsibility of the participant. Transfer fees vary depending on the policies of the sending bank; participants are advised to consult their bank for details. If the amount received by the organizing committee is less than the required registration fee due to transfer charges, participants must settle the outstanding balance.
The full registration fee covers admission to all conference sessions, lunch, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and the gala dinner. Accommodation and airport transportation are not included in the registration fee.
For early-bird registration, the payment date will be determined based on the date the transfer was initiated, as indicated in the proof of payment uploaded through the registration form.
Participants who are unable to complete payment in advance and wish to pay onsite (during the conference) must inform the organizing committee via email at nathaniel.oco@dlsu.edu.ph. Onsite payments will be charged at the regular registration rate.
